Robert Browning is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Austal USA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Australian shipbuilding company Austal Limited. Austal USA is American's largest aluminium shipbuilding company, currently employing over 1,100 employees in Mobile, Alabama. Prior to joining Austal USA in his current capacity, he served on the Board of Directors of Austal Ltd in Australia for 3 ˝ years. Mr Browning was also Chief Executive Officer of Alinta Limited, an Australian-listed owner and operator of AUD$14B worth of energy infrastructure. During Mr Browning's 6 1/2 year tenure at Alinta he oversaw the development and execution of a strategy which led to the growth in market capitalisation of the company from AUD$320M to over $7.2B, delivering to shareholders during that period a greater than 700% return on their investment. Mr Browning has held a variety of leadership roles for 16 years in the energy infrastructure industry and 16 years with Coca-Cola. Mr Browning holds a BS from San Diego State University, a MBA from the University of Phoenix and a MS in International Business Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Sloan School of Management. Event Cancellation Policy
Unless specifically stated on the event invitation that the invitation is not transferable, you may send another attendee to take your place at the event if you are unable to attend.
If you are unable to attend, and cannot find someone to take your place, cancellations
for individual bookings will be accepted UP TO 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
and a full refund will be issued provided that WA Business News has acknowledged
notification of your cancellation.
If WA Business News does not receive notification 72 hours prior to the event,
there will be NO REFUND for cancellations.
In the instance of a group/table booking, cancellations will be accepted UP
TO SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT and a full refund will be issued provided
that WA Business News has acknowledged notification of your cancellation.
If WA Business News does not receive notification seven days prior to the event,
there will be NO REFUND for cancellations.
