Engineering construction figures for the December 2005 quarter released last week provide yet another strong indicator of the buoyant state of Western Australia’s economy.
The value of engineering construction in WA in the three months to the end of December jumped by a massive 25.1 per cent over the previous quarter, and comes hard on the heels of similar growth in the September quarter, during which a rise of 25.2 per cent was recorded, according to figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics .
