MinRes raises $52m, inks Baosteel deal

Mining services company Mineral Resources has secured a long-term sales agreement with Baosteel Group Corporation and finalised a $52 million placement.

The placement was in conjuction with a share sell-down by some of the Mineral Resources' executives, which contributed a further $72 million to the capital raising.
