Perth occupancy costs surge 20%

Occupancy costs in Perth have surged more than 20 per cent over the past year with the city recording the second fastest growth rate in the world, new figures show.

In the latest Global Office Occupancy Costs survey, released bi-annually by CB Richard Ellis, Perth was beaten by Marseilles in France where occupancy costs jumped 30.4 per cent in year to the end of March 2009.
