Market woes lower Anvil capital raising

Deterioration of market conditions has forced Osborne Park-based Anvil Mining Ltd to lower the price of its share placement to Israeli mining investor Dan Gertler by nearly 20 per cent.
The miner said due to “significant” market deterioration since its original announcement made early last month, Anvil had lowered the price of a $C296 million private placement to Catala Global Ltd to $C237 million ($A262 million).
