Monadelphous acquires Ellavale Engineering for $7.25m

Applecross-based engineering company Monadelphous Group Ltd will acquire Hunter Valley-based coal services company Ellavale Engineering Ltd for $7.25 million, the company announced today.

The acquisition, to be funded through $2.75 million in shares and the remainder in cash, will see the company integrated into Monadelphous' maintenance and industrial services division.
