Macmahon wins $89m Darwin road contract
20-November-08 Written by Edited announcement Macmahon Holdings has been awarded an $89 million dollar road contract for the Tiger Brennan Drive Extension Project in Darwin. The Perth-based engineering and construction group is currently completing stage one of the project and will work with SKM to start the stage two detailed design process immediately. Construction is scheduled to get underway early next year to enable the project to be completed in 2010. The Tiger Brennan Drive Extension project includes the design and construction of 7.5 kilometres of road works, including a four lane dual highway from Berrimah Road to the Stuart Highway, and a grade separated interchange with provision for pedestrians.
