7-September-08 Written by Mark Beyer The Legislative Assembly is expected to have three independent members, though the final figure could be as little as two and as high as four. The certainties include Churchlands MLA Liz Constable, who is a close supporter of Mr Barnett and is a likely minister if Mr Barnett is able to form a government. Another certainty is former Labor government minster John Bowler, who was previously the member for Eyre.
